Meandering's and musings

(other way's of approaching the world)

On where to ride.

You have a bike, a nice fast, shiney, sport bike or cruiser. Now to go for a ride.
Oh dear, the roads you drive your car to work on are full of cars and vans and stuff. You can't scream along like a demon at a zillion miles an hour like all of the 'real' bikers do 'cause theres no room and no one can be assed to be envious of your very expensive piece of pig iron.

The reason I ride is because I like to ride.
It matters little what you ride but what you get from it.
I get a massive buzz from riding back roads on relaxed bikes.
You will too.

How to learn to relax and ride for pleasure.

There now follows a selection of images of places to ride that are infinately better than dual carriagways and the bike wharehouses you go to now.

Wonder whats down the road?

Smell the sea air

Air pine sap

Go easy those leaves can be slippery

Is that you?

Can you smell the pine and feel the sea breeze yet?
Get your head sorted out and lets get out there.
We all have some places close to us that have the same spirit as the images above.
